· Simulation studies have been started for emergency ventilation (fire ventilation) of road tunnels and railway tunnels. Software FLUENT 6.2.16 is used. This is the most powerful CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software for three dimensional applications.
· İstanbul Sultanciftligi – Edirnekapı Line Metro Project have been continued. This project includes mechanical application design of heating, ventilation (including emergency ventilation), air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and fire fighting (water and gas) systems of 8 tunnels (total length is 4.6 km) and 6 underground stations.
Simulation reports of these tunnels and stations for normal and emergency ventilations are also including. |
